Lack of service for phone/internet/cable tv and no reply to my emails

everyday there is a problem either with the phone, internet or tv. if one works the other does not. I've send several emails with no reply. guess Atlantic Broadband think they are the only providers in this area. let me bring them back to reality and tell them there are other cable providers and if I do not hear from your company than I will use another provider. SICK OF ATLANTIC BROADBAND. FEED UP WITH SENDING EMAILS AND GETTING NO RESPONDS FROM ATLANTIC BROADBAND. MAYBE I SHOULD KEEP TRACK OF WHEN THESE ITEMS ARE NOT WORKING AND DEDUCT IT FROM MY BILL. Stay away from Atlantic Broadband

I am a new customer with this company had their services about a week now and already been treated bad,by the sales people,they are very rude,disrespectful and nasty,they took off the channels i am paying for in my bundle package and when i call they tell me i can not upgrade any of my services, i am very disappointed with this company and the way their staff treats people,Atlantic Broadband needs to remember without customers they would not have a job or a company.and one more thing,i agree with all the people that write reviews on here 200% that them dam people keep you on hold for a dam long time,they think that we as customers do not have anything better to do then stay on hold and wait for their lazy butt to pick up a phone,

My experience with ABB

yes- i am currently a very unhappy customer of atlantic BB. I have been since I first met them. right now I am the victim of internet fraud; am being harassed on a daily basis via my ABB phone system, outright demands for me to pay them sums of $$ on some arrangement- for which they will TRY to prevent my information from being sold and re-sold on the deep dark web. They had me so terrified I thought my life would be over if I didn't give them $600 and remote access to my computer immediately. i'd never heard of the dark web. No one can retrieve your info once its been sold on the web. I can't even turn my phone on- callls day and night- china, Phillipines, Moscow-lotta moscow- nigeria- i had inherited a diamond mine from my 65x removed cousin Harold "Whatever'. But now I have a live guy............taped..............threatening me.....i don't even know who he is- but he knows where i live. He told me he does this because he loves to watch rich, spoiled Americans suffer. He promised me that he would take a special interest in me and threaten me every chance he could. He has not dissappointed. i'm terrified. I cannot even get ABB- my TV, my internet and my phone service providers- soon to be my PREVIOUS providers. i have never had a good experience with them. their techs suck. The good ones leave becuse they treat them terrible and underpay them. i have now been waiting on the phone for 45 minutes. I wonder how long it would take some psycho to come here.

Terrible Customer Service

Rude customer support. Not reliable service! I will definitely stay with Verizon for my Internet. Miss MetroCast! Already outage with Atlantic Broadband, called customer service and all they know it is an outage. Perfect weather so what is the problem? They don’t know!!! How frustrating! No discount on service either for our inconvenience!

Been on hold so long finally hung up. Very poor service. With barely a two-star rating why wouldn't Atlantic Broadband want to address this recurring issue. Very poor customer service. This does not bode well for Atlantic Broadband. As soon as I can I am making a change i.e. go elsewhere. Atlantic Broadband does not care about their customers. This is not the first time. Worst Customer Service in the WORLD

If you can actually get one of these mouthbreathers on the phone, then they will do what you need. BUT...you WILL wait hours to speak with someone. I've given a call-back number multiple times...all to have my phone ring a single time...then the call is dead. I was on hold for 3 hours yesterday...then again for 30 minutes this morning before I gave up. Not sure if they only have 1 person over there answering the phones, or if there are just THAT many people calling about their awful service. It's not ALL bad. But if you need something done quickly, forget about it. Like I said before, if you can get someone to answer the phone, they can be helpful. But after sitting though 30 minutes of their wait/hold music, you'll want to take the nearest soldering iron and stab yourself in the eye. If you have another ISP in the area...use them.

Waiting and waiting

I am writing this as I am on hold with Atlantic Broadband--again! I have a simple question about my bill and this is the second time I have called. The first time I had to hang up. Right now I have been on hold for 32 minutes!!!!!! Really? As I read these reviews I see a recurring theme. Wait time. Isn't anyone taking responsibility for this within the company? Is this being addressed? You can do better than this for your customers. Does anyone care enough to address this? When your customers give you a clear message--who in your company responds? I am in customer service and I can tell you that I would be concerned.

Twice this week I’ve waited on hold as a supposedly “priority customer” for over an hour. First, I needed to schedule an appointment. Then, later in the week to activate the TiVo box, which I thought should be automatic with th installation!!! Terrible customer service! Very unhappy with this company, but it serves our condominium. Will try to get that changed!!!

Straight Garbage Download Speeds and Connection.

I mean over the course of several weeks my family and I were forced to deal with Atlantic Broadband, and it has not been pretty. The router i currently have is terrible and im afraid it could possibly overheat and fry or possibly make a burn mark on the the table it is on. See the difference with Atl. Broadband and Comcast was great, Comcast had amazing download speeds and connection throughout the house, you could have like 5 major devices running at once most importantly the router was great, it had a fan to cool significant pieces of the router, it was quiet, it was very flexible with what it was supporting. Then I moved to a new town and that meant new service providers, and now im stuck with this POS service and router, in which there are several dead spots in our house. Lastly multiple family members tried to contact them, and most of the time hung up after 30 minutes of waiting. I dont recommend this absolute cancer of an ISP.

*-20Who is protecting customers from this type of abuse? Customers work a lot to pay for their bills. Customers do not have time to spend hours on the phone waiting for someone to understand their frustrations with the services. If you as a customer don't pay... they send you to Collection... if they don't perform with the service they were contracted to provide who can go after them??? I assume everybody is like me. I get mad and try to call them and make them understand that this is not what they promise to serve... but after hours wasted on the phone... you give up and settle for continuing with your life and your dial up internet... despite that you are paying for 120 Mbps...

Had to use a fake address to view the new bundles for "new" customers only. Found out I'm paying more than four (4) times for my bundle as new customers and can't get the same rate.

(Been with them for over 20 yr.

) ........ So sad there's no competition here in Uniontown,pa.
