Lack of service for phone/internet/cable tv and no reply to my emails
Stay away from Atlantic Broadband
I am a new customer with this company had their services about a week now and already been treated bad,by the sales people,they are very rude,disrespectful and nasty,they took off the channels i am paying for in my bundle package and when i call they tell me i can not upgrade any of my services, i am very disappointed with this company and the way their staff treats people,Atlantic Broadband needs to remember without customers they would not have a job or a company.and one more thing,i agree with all the people that write reviews on here 200% that them dam people keep you on hold for a dam long time,they think that we as customers do not have anything better to do then stay on hold and wait for their lazy butt to pick up a phone,

Atlantic Broad Band has not regulators... no one is above them.
- Having to wait one hour and half to be attended on the phone
Preferred solution: 120 Mbps internet speed.
Long time customers get no discount
