Atlantic Broadband - NEW SERVICE

I have a new construction home and it has been extremely hard to get service. The entire process sucks. I wish that there was another ISP in town because I would get them.

Atlantic Broadband - High Def Issue

Suddenly one of my TV's has the high def channels but the programs are no longer being broadcast in high def, instead they are on a reduced size screen. Called the customer service and after being on hold I was redirected to different people and was put on hold each time. after 45 minutes on the phone with these people they had no idea how to solve the problem. Terrible service plus constant price increases.

Atlantic Broadband - Worst ISP I've ever had

We have only internet with ABB, when it works anyway. Normally get about 35/15 for our 75/15 service, drops at least once a week, often more, sometimes for days. Had a tech out 3 times so far every time there is no problem so there's a $50 fee and it stops working again the next day. Takes between 30-60 mins to get through on the phone, calls are never returned. We have no other options beyond DSL so they of course don't care.

Atlantic Broadband in Grasonville, Maryland - Worst service ever!!!

This company is a joke. No customer service what so ever. On hold 2 hours still no answer. I’m paying 5 times more than new customers. How is that. Total rip off with no regards to customer service. Hate hate hate this company. Avoid if at all possible.
