If you can actually get one of these mouthbreathers on the phone, then they will do what you need. BUT...you WILL wait hours to speak with someone.

I've given a call-back number multiple times...all to have my phone ring a single time...then the call is dead. I was on hold for 3 hours yesterday...then again for 30 minutes this morning before I gave up. Not sure if they only have 1 person over there answering the phones, or if there are just THAT many people calling about their awful service. It's not ALL bad.

But if you need something done quickly, forget about it. Like I said before, if you can get someone to answer the phone, they can be helpful.

But after sitting though 30 minutes of their wait/hold music, you'll want to take the nearest soldering iron and stab yourself in the eye. If you have another ISP in the area...use them.
